Biography
Abigail Langan MD, Psychiatrist - Katy TX
Dr. Abigail Langan is a graduate of the world renowned NYU General Psychiatry program and has fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry from NYU's Child Study Center. She is a graduate of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where she was recognized in the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society for her outstanding academic achievements. Dr. Langan did her undergraduate studies in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. She continued her study at Johns Hopkins and earned a Master's Degree in Molecular and Microbiology and Immunology prior to enrolling in medical school.
Dr. Langan's expertise includes diagnosis and treatment of adult and child ADHD, postpartum depression, mood and anxiety disorders, as well as psychotic disorders, autistic spectrum disorders, and eating disorders. She uses a comprehensive approach, including cognitive behavioral therapy and medication management.
